Lisa and Emily are great friends who share a passion for home design. They can't wait to make everyone fall in love with your home!
I have lived in Washington for the past 14 years but grew up in New England near the sandy beaches of Cape Cod. During the summers, I worked with my father who landscaped in the off-season from teaching. As the business grew, I built a strong work ethic while learning to design and shape beautiful gardens.
After receiving my bachelor’s degree and rising to become a Director of Customer Support, I began to use my design skills inside the homes of my parents and friends in my spare time. Working in very different homes with not much storage helped build my strengths of choosing colors that brighten, decluttering to show open space and organizing for less stress.
My love for design and real estate pulled me away to a role as a real estate agent and eventually property manager. Not only did I assist clients with initially setting up their homes to quickly get rented, I promptly turned over properties between renters.
I look forward to sharing my experience in designing beautiful spaces inside and out to help make your house stand above the rest!
I picked out my first paint color (sunshine yellow) at age 4 and can't remember a time when I didn't love design and decor. I like to joke that Real Estate is in my blood. My mom was a real estate agent for over 25 years and on top of that, she had a great eye for design. I grew up going to open houses and watching her do staging before staging was a thing.
I started my own career in professional services, working for both boutique and large consulting firms. There I learned to really listen to the client and understand their needs so that projects would be completed quickly and to their complete satisfaction. Key to achieving that end were solid communication skills and extreme attention to detail.
I am so excited to now be combining my client-focused approach with my life-long passion, home decor and Real Estate. I look forward to working with you!
